News CloudNewsCloud is a news archive visualisation showing themes relating to a search term fluctuate over time – a temporal tag cloud.

There are two versions of the project: BBC Science News, and Guardian Open Platform. Let us know what you think!

    Peter thanks for the kind comments and the feedback. Yes I think various interface widgets would help. We’ll be taking some of this work forward and will think about implementing these in future projects.

    If you like the time slider have a look at Locus which is the latest vizualisation. More coming soon too….
